Our house has an attached two-car garage. My wife & I wanted to add a garage to our house but I did not want the garage to look like it was added. I had several contractors come out and bid the work.
Dan, with The Building Pros LLC, was the hands down favorite. He was detailed in what he was going to do, how much it would cost, and how the payments would be made.
The weather caused a little bit of a delay but once he was able to start his crew worked quickly and efficiently. To maintain the schedule, his concrete finishers worked so late that they set up work lights and had to shine the lights of their cars on the garage slab to have enough light to see. The carpenters worked the Friday after Thanksgiving, Saturday and Sunday to keep on schedule.
All of the workers were pleasant, polite, and professional. The work was top rate and they left without a trace of mess left behind. Dan and Katy kept us up to date on what and when things would happen.
The project has exceeded my expectations! If it wasn't for the new concrete, you would not know that the garage was added. We could not be happier.
